Onboard Credit
If you’ve selected onboard credit, it will be added to your onboard spending account by the end of your first day on the ship
You won’t see it or be able to use it until you’re onboard
Cash Back
Depending on the payment method you selected (U.S. bank account, debit card, Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo), your payment should appear in your account within 1-3 business days. Please monitor your email for payment confirmation or any follow-up if there is an issue with your selected payment method.
Uber voucher
- Once redeemed, the voucher is added directly to your Uber account. You can manage and apply the voucher within the Uber or UberEats app.
Shore excursion credit
- Your credit is delivered via email as a coupon code, which you enter during checkout on the Shore Excursion Group website.
Merchandise
Expect your merchandise delivery in 5-7 business days
Visa Prepaid Gift Card
- Your eGift card will be emailed to the address on your Cruises.com Rewards account within 1-2 weeks of redemption
- The email will come from rewards@cruises.com—so be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it
