Room service is available 24/7 on most ships, but not all items are free. Depending on the cruise line and your cabin class, room service is either a complimentary all-inclusive service, billed per item or carries a flat delivery fee. Most lines will offer classic menu items such as fresh fruit, cheese plate, sandwiches, and continental breakfast options through room service with no service fee, even if other options cost extra.
