You can access your reservation via our Customer Self Service page, available here: My Cruise Reservation.
To access your reservation you will need:
- Your 8 digit confirmation number: 180- _______ (Don't know your number? Check your confirmation email or ask a Chat Agent)
- Email address used when booking your reservation
- Guest last name on the booking
Once you are logged in, you will be able to:
- Make a payment
- Add travel protection
- Add Shore Excursions
- Confirm trip details
- Request an invoice/confirmation
Chat is available in Customer Self Service between the hours of 9 am - 12 am EST, 7 days a week.
