If you do not have the 6-digit reference ID number, you can share the cruise itinerary details, such as cruise, ship name, cruise dates, or any specific info you can share.
If your credit card has been charged.
Your credit card has been charged but you have not received any information. Online you can request your booking confirmation email to be resent. All you need is the lead passengers last name and email address.
