What is Total CruiseFlex?
Total CruiseFlex is MSC's new flexible policy for all bookings made from August 5, 2020 - March 31, 2021 and sailing on or before April 30, 2022. This policy allows guests to change their cruise up to 48 hours prior to departure and move their money to a new cruise date and/or new ship of their choice within the allotted time frame (any ship, any sailing on or before Apr. 30, 2022).
How do I know if my cruise qualifies for Total CruiseFlex?
If you booked your cruise between August 5, 2020 - March 31, 2021 AND your cruise departs on or before April 30, 2022, you qualify for Total CruiseFlex.
All guests participating in Total CruiseFlex must cruise on or before Apr. 30, 2022.
Excluding World Cruise & World Cruise segments.
How do I participate in Total CruiseFlex?
If you would like to change your cruise plans, you MUST call CruisesOnly and advise us that you would like to take advantage of Total CruiseFlex (you must call 48 hours prior to your cruise by 5pm EST).
We will help you move the funds on your original cruise booking to your new cruise booking. Your new cruise booking must sail on or before April 30, 2022. You may choose any ship/sail date.
What if I move my cruise to a new date and the new cruise is less expensive?
Once your money is transferred from your original booking to your new booking, any additional money left will be used towards a stateroom upgrade and cannot be refunded.
When is the latest I can cancel my cruise in order to participate in Total CruiseFlex?
