- Changing your sailing date

- Where applicable, the opportunity to use Uplift Pay Monthly to finance your remaining balance
The fine print:
An automatic cancellation charge of $100 per reservation will be applied to the last credit or debit card used on the account. If charged, our (previously collected) $24.99 processing fee is non-refundable.
If you choose to book different cruise while you are on the phone we will waive the $100 cancellation fee.
Refunds minus any cruise line cancellation fees will be applied to the original credit or debit card used for the transaction. We are unable to apply refunds to a different card according to federal banking laws. If the card used for the original transaction was canceled, the funds will still be applied to the card holder's account profile. Please contact your credit or debit card company and they will help you with your refund.
